Contemplative

I just finished registering for the Spring 09 semester! I couldn't be more excited! I just continue to pray that everything goes smoothly as I prepare for graduation in April. Finances, loans, work availability, capstone portfolios, letters of recommendation, observation and fieldwork hours, hopefully GOOD teachers...and so on. I am constantly reminding myself to leave it in the Lord's hands and let my worries go. I just need to focus on working hard and the Lord will provide for me from there.

(Of course with B. Hussein Obama's new socialist plans to CHANGE our precious country, no matter how hard I work it will all just get REDISTRIBUTED, won't it now? ...I apologize, my excited thoughts suddenly turned sarcastic...AH well, praise God Prop 8 passed! Maybe there's still hope if even disgustingly liberal California maintains some level of morality)

California Baptist University was priviledged to experience Hugh Hewitt as commencement speaker in May 2008. I have been a HUGE fan of Hugh Hewitt since high school and am ecstatic that he has visited my own CBU to bless us with his wisdom. I take his advice even a year later as I look to my own graduation commencement in 2009.
